Stalker Central!

In the world of social media, it is pretty darn easy for people to learn whatever the hell they want to know. And it just got easier. This site, Spokeo has all kinds of information, including a picture of your front door! Granted, a whole bunch of the information is wrong, about me anyway. I am NOT in my late 20's, I am NOT a Gemini, my house is NOT worth $1M+ (although that would be pretty awesome considering what we payed for it!) and sure as hell do NOT love the outdoors. But even though some of the information is wrong, do I still want people to be able to access it? EFF NO! What if someone who follows my blog gets a hold of my full name, and decides that they must have me because I am irresistible? They can have my address, and a picture of my house, just to make sure they've got the right place when they come to stalk me. Luckily, you can opt out of the site using this link.

Remember how when the Patriot Act was enacted how controversial it was because it violated people's privacy? Kind of a moo point now, huh? (Yes, I know it should be "moot" but I am a crazy Friends fanatic so I say "moo", like a cow's opinion).

Also, some of the information on this Spokeo site is hilarious: Apparently my 24 year-old autistic brother (same parent's as me; white as can be) is a 50 year old black man with 2 kids who enjoys reading. Where do they get this stuff?
